Please see the calendar for date availability. If you click on the dates you would like to request, a pop up form will appear and once filled in will then be sent to us, after which we will send a booking deposit invoice directly to you. If sent by email please do check your JUNK folder as it might be hiding there!
Changeover day is Friday. Shorter stays available in low and mid season, minimum stay of 7 nights in June, July and August, Easter and Christmas.

Booking Terms and Conditions
Deposit - As explained in the link above a 30% deposit will be required at the time of booking in order to secure the booking (you will receive a deposit invoice via email). Your booking will be held for you for 48 hours, so we kindly ask that you settle your deposit during this time. Without payment it will be released again after 48 hours. Should you wish to cancel your booking this deposit will only be refundable if another booking is made for the same time. If the house remains un-booked then the deposit will be retained by the owner.
Balance - the remaining balance will be paid in full 8 weeks prior to the arrival date. If arriving within 8 weeks the full payment is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
We accept bank transfers only.
A security deposit of £300 is required and to be paid at the same time as the final balance. This will be returned within a week of departure.
We do not run a cancellation policy and therefore we recommend travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances where you may need to cancel your stay.
NB - Providing both parties are happy, should you wish to re-book for the same week the following year you will be given first refusal.
